DOWSIL™ CE-1689 Smoothing Emulsion

Dimethicone, Amodimethicone, Laureth-23, Polyquaternium-10 and Laureth-4. DOWSIL™ CE-1689 Smoothing Emulsion acts as a smoothing agent. It is a 60% emulsion of high molecular weight polydimethylsiloxane and amodimethicone fluid. It significantly improves wet & dry feeling of shampoos and provides smooth & soft feeling during rinse-off. Moreover, it offers good color lock performance, non-ionic emulsion and easy formulation. DOWSIL™ CE-1689 Smoothing Emulsion finds application in formulating 2-in-1 hair shampoos and rinse-off hair conditioners. Complies with NZIoC, KECI, REACH, TSCA, IECSC, ENCS/ISHL, PICCS and AICS.
