DOWSIL™ BY 25-320

C13-16 Isoparaffin (and) Dimethicone (and) C10-13 Isoparaffin. DOWSIL™ BY 25-320 by Dow is a non-GMO volatile carrier which forms a non-occlusive film on the skin. It is 20% of an ultra-high viscosity dimethicone gum dispersed into iso-paraffin. It provides substantivity, long lasting characteristic and water wash-off. DOWSIL™ BY 25-320 finds application in formulating color cosmetics, skin care, sun care and hair care products. The shelf life of the product is 540 days. It is Vegan suitable and listed in REACH, AIIC, KECI, TCSI, TSCA, IECSC, ENCS, DSL, PICCS, EINICS and KKDIK (Annex 17).
