Phenyl Trimethicone. DOWSIL™ 556 Cosmetic grade fluid acts as an emollient, water repellent additive and shining agent. It is easily emulsified and shows good compatibility with cosmetic ingredients. It is resistant to oxidation and provides non-oily, easy-to-spread emolliency. It allows natural skin transpiration through soft invisible film, good anti-stick & anti-tack characteristics and imparts gloss, softness and better manageability to hair. DOWSIL™ 556 Cosmetic grade fluid finds application in formulating skin lotions & creams, sun-tan lotions & non-aerosol sprays, pre-shave lotions, non-aerosol hair sprays, conditioners and grooming aids. Meets NZIoC, REACH, TSCA, PICCS, KECI, ENCS/ISHL, IECSC, AICS, DSL and TCSI.
