It is used in skincare, suncare, hair care, color cosmetic, and antiperspirant/deodorant applications. It posesses detangling, lubricating, smoothing and fast acting properties. DOWSIL™ 1418 Fluid offers characteristics such as wet and dry combing ease, softness and gloss.
