Hydroxyethyl Cellulose. Cellosize™ HEC QP-52000H Europe PCG Thickener by Dow is a non-ionic, bio-based, biodegradable, water-soluble, rheology modifier. It can thicken, suspend, emulsify and enhance the sensory experience for hair- and skincare applications. It is easy to handle in powder form. It is compatible with a wide range of surfactants & other formulation ingredients like inorganic salts, gums, resins and shows excellent salt/electrolytes tolerance. It offers improved emulsion stability, high degree of solution clarity, inherent and primary biodegradability applications. It is non-GMO and wood PECF certified. Cellosize™ HEC QP-52000H Europe PCG Thickener is designed for color cosmetics.
