Sodium Acrylate/Sodium Acryloyldimethyl Taurate Copolymer (and) Dimethicone (and) Trideceth-6 (and) PEG/PPG-18/18 Dimethicone. ACULYN™ Siltouch Rheology Modifier by Dow is a versatile silicone-acrylate rheology modifier.
  • It is a water-in-silicone emulsion containing an acrylate-based thickening polymer in the internal phase.
  • It enables formulation ease & flexibility with a light, non-greasy skin-feel and can deliver a large variety of textures, from body lotions to light facial care cream.
  • Offers light & non-tacky feel & compatible with wide range of oils, pH and shows formulation flexibility.
  • Exhibits versatility across a wide pH range and is particularly suited for formulations containing soft preservatives.
  • Suitable for low-pH skin care systems containing low levels of electrolytes, which allows preservation with organic acids (such as sorbic acid and benzoic acid) and the use of pH-sensitive actives (such as alphahydroxy acid).
  • It is suitable for skin care, sun care, color cosmetics, leave-in hair conditioners and hair treatment applications.
  • ACULYN™ Siltouch Rheology Modifier is designed for use in buttery creams, thin lotions & serums.
