Hamamelis Virginiana Leaf Extract. Witch hazel extract by Dermalab acts as an astringent, sun blocking and pore tightening agent. It contains beta ionone, choline, gallic acid, isoquercitrin, kaempferol, myricetin, quercetin, quercitrin, safrole and saponins. These flavonoids and tannin-based substances provides antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and UV protection. Witch hazel extract is recommended for skin care formulations.
