Glycol Distearate. Noigen EGDS by Dai-ichi acts as a non-ionic opacifier and pearlizing agent. It is a mixture of mono- and di- esters. It is nearly insoluble in aqueous systems. It imparts body, opacity and a soft velvety feel in personal care cleansing products. Noigen EGDS is suitable for foot care, hair colorants, hair conditioners, liquid hand soaps, shampoos, shower gels, body washes and styling aids.
