Sorbitan Laurate. Span™ 20 by Croda is a co-emulsifier, emulsion stabilizer, pigment wetter, surfactant and dispersing agent. This readily biodegradable ingredient is soluble in many fatty compositions and solvents. Span™ 20 is used in bath, shower & soaps, antiperspirants & deodorants, after-sun & sun protection products. Also, used in body-, eye contour-, face/neck skin care formulas, face color and lip care applications.
