Aqua (and) Collagen Amino Acids. Collasurge™ by Croda acts as a moisturizing, hydrating, nourishing, repairing, soothing and softening agent. Used in bath, shower & soaps, body care, eye color, eye contour care, face/neck skin care, face color, facial cleansers, hair color, hair conditioners-rinse off, hair relaxing/ permanent waves, lip care, lip color and shampoos. It contains 0.9% phenoxyethanol and 0.3% potassium sorbate as preservative. Collasurge™ is compliant with IECS and Japan ISHL.
