It is a transparent, reflexible and easy to disperse ingredient.
It is suitable for formulating lipsticks, eye shadows, blushes, face powders, nail arts, beauty-, bath and body products.
Cosmetica® Rutile Fine White N-8001D is paraben-free and is not tested on animals.
