Blend of Glycerin, Glyceryl Acrylate/Acrylic Acid Copolymer and Silicone. CosJEL D2-H by Cosmol acts as a humectant, moisturizing agent and thickener. It has the function to prevent water release and improve the feeling of soft & glossy in the skin. It contains hexanediol preservative. It shows excellent stable structure and easy to be dissolved in water without a certain emulsifying system to dissolve. CosJEL D2-H by Cosmol finds application in formulating creams, lotions, sunscreen, skin toner, makeup and other personal care products.
