Tefpoly® Green

CI 77289 (Chromium Hydroxide Green) (&) PTFE (&) Perfluoroperhydrophenanthrene. Acts as a colorant. Ideal for long lasting applications, as it is hydrophobic and lipophobic in nature. Resists feathering, creasing and provides superior performance. Possesses good heat stability and it is not sensitive to grinding nor homogenizing. In emulsions, it should be pre-dispersed into the oil phase before emulsification. In powder applications, it should be added to the formulation after the powder base has been formulated. In anhydrous systems, it needs to be pre-dispersed in oil by high shear mixing before being combined with the other ingredients. Recommended for lipsticks, glosses and eye shadows.
