Ethylhexylglycerin by Connect Chemicals is a biodegradable, palm oil-free preservative booster, humectant and solvent. It is derived from cereals with a liquid and transparent consistency. It exhibits antimicrobial activity (especially against gram positive) and effective in controlling bad odors. It strengthens and amplifies the spectrum of action, when used in combination with other preservatives. It also offers emollient and moisturizing properties. It is a safe, easy to use, high purity ingredient which can be used as a valid alternative to parabens. Recommended for formulating antiperspirant & deodorants, fragrances, toiletries, make-up as well as skin-, hair-, sun and nail care products. It is Halal and Kosher certified. The shelf life of Ethylhexylglycerin is 36 months.
