PEG-90. Polyglykol 4000 S by Clariant is a non-volatile slip, solubilizer, carrier, thickener and anti-static agent. It possesses binding, softening and non-irritating properties. It offers low toxicity and no emulsifying effect. It is compatible with hard water and has very low water content. It is used in skin-care products.
