Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil. Plantasens® Cosmetic Wax A5 by Clariant is a trans fat-free, palm-free, natural structuring agent derived from non-GMO sunflower oil. It also acts as an emollient.

It offers cost-effective solution to stabilize and increase formulation viscosity. It is vegan and ideal for synthetic-, petroleum- and animal-free concepts.
It is suitable in the production of balm for providing softness and excellent spreadability. It provides protective film on the skin and is compatible with most of the oil phase.
Plantasens® Cosmetic Wax A5 is recommended for hair conditioners, creams, lotions and color cosmetics applications.
It has a shelf life of 24 months.
