PEG 35000 by Clariant is slip, softener and mold-release agent. It is water-soluble carrier substance. It shows moisture-stabilizing effect in creams and leaves a pleasant feel on the skin and no emulsifying effect. It can be used in transparent toothpastes. PEG 35000 exhibits good compatibility with cetyl alcohol, glycerol, stearic acid, polyvinyl pyrrolidone, casein, vegetable albumin.
