CI 74160 (38%) (and) Aqua (30%) and Glycerin (25%). Cosmenyl® Blue A4R by Heubach is pigment dispersion. It is based on anionic dispersing & wetting agent and glycerine. It is a readily flowable and pumpable aqueous dispersion. It exhibits good light & alkali fastness and is suitable for the coloration of personal care products like soap bar and cosmetics applications. Cosmenyl® Blue A4R is recommended for the use in products bearing eco-labels.
