Dextrin Palmitate. Rheopearl TL2 by Chiba Flour Milling acts as an oil thickener/ stabilizer, wax texture enhancer and gellant. It has the best high temperature registance. It is a polymeric ester of saccharides and fatty acids. It increases viscosity of oils, improves pigment dispersion and improves stability of emulsions. Rheopearl TL2 is used in lip gloss, lipstick, mascara, eyeliner, skincare products cream, oil serum), foundation and sunscreen.
