Chemylan L

Mineral Oil (and) Lanolin Alcohol. Chemylan L by is a water absorption base derived from lanolin. It promotes an increase in viscosity when associated with any type of emulsion. The presence of small concentrations such as 1.0%, after the emulsification step and during the cooling process, allows for an accelerated hardening. It provides the emulsions with a higher level of shine and whiteness, and it has the property of absorbing water up to 20 fold its own weight. Chemylan L is suitable for use in creams, lotions, gels, cream-gels, oils, hydroalcoholic systems, shampoos, conditioners, hair masks and leave-on products.
