CALSIL™ CB10

Cyclopentasiloxane & Dimethiconol. CALSIL™ CB10 by Caldic acts as a softening agent. It is a 16% of a high viscosity dimethiconol gum blended with volatile cyclopentasiloxane. It is odorless, colorless, non-staining, non-occlusive and non-irritating properties. It has very low surface tension. It leaves a unique soft feel and lubricity. Provides excellent spreading, non-greasy feel and allows a good distribution of dimethiconol gum on the skin or hair. It shows compatibility with silicone oils, phenyl trimethicone, isododecane, isopar, isopropyle myristate, ethylhexyl salicylate and weak compatibility with mineral oils, fat acid ethers, organic oils and ethanol. CALSIL™ CB10 can be incorporated directly in the oil phase of the formulation. CALSIL™ CB10 is used in hair serums, hair care in both dry and wet hair, body, skin care, make-up products, sun care, shower gels, antiperspirants and deodorants.
