Polyether-1. PURE THIX® 1442 by Eckart acts as a thickening agent. It is a non-ionic hydrophobic and modified polymer. Designed especially for thickening the water phase of formulations.
  • Provides pseudoplastic flow and forms clear aqueous gels.
  • It has good salt tolerancy and is compatible with all kind of surfactants.
  • Used in cream, lotion, bath & shower gel, sunscreen, hair care- and styling products.
  • PURE THIX® 1442 is also used in liquid make-up, eye area, skin- and personal care products.
  • It has a shelf life of 60 months.
