Aqua, Methylisothiazolinone and Polyaminopropyl biguanide. Iscaguard® PAM distributed by Brenntag Specialties (EMEA) acts as a preservative blend and bactericide. It is a polymeric biocide based on polyhexamide and methylisothiazolinone. Iscaguard® PAM is used in leave-on applications such as skin & sun care formulations, zinc pyrithione-based antidandruff shampoos.
