Phenyl Trimethicone (and) Laureth-4 (and) Silicone Quaternium-17 (and) Laureth-23. BRB 5834 by BRB International BV is a preservative-free non-ionic emulsifier. It combines the effect of gloss-boosting phenyl trimethicone with excellent conditioning properties of a quaternary ammonium silicone in a clear micro-emulsion. It leaves hair silky and shiny. It imparts excellent wet combing in shampoo and conditioner and excellent gloss enhancing benefits. BRB 5834 is ideal for use in clear, leave-in and rinse-out products for all hair types.
