Vinylpyrrolidone polymer complex with hydrogen peroxide. Acts as film former. Retains the most of the properties of the base polymers, provides a range of solubility, substantivity and viscosity. Releases hydrogen peroxide on contact with water or saliva in the mouth. Can be easily formulated without producing taste or odor. Used in tooth whitening, permanent hair color, permanent waves and hair relaxers applications.
