Has extraordinary liquidity at low temperatures and good solvent properties. It also delivers velvety cushion in oil and water emulsions. This branched ester is rapidly absorbed into the skin and leaves skin feeling silky smooth and soft. Biosil Basics® C-38 is used in hair care, skin care and color cosmetics.
