Complex of an olive oil derivative and a carboxy silicone. Used in skin care and hair care(shampoos) products. Acts as a conditioning agent. Posesses low irritating, detackifying and moisturizing properties. Offers characteristics such as increased softness, shine, improved spreadability and cushion, improved skin and hair feel, unaffected foaming in surfactant systems and substantivity.
