PEG-15/PPG-10 dimethicone. Acts as a non-ionic silicone surfactant. Possesses excellent emulsifying and wetting activity. Is non-irritating to skin as well as hydrophilic and humectants. Also acts as anti-static, foaming-stable agent as well as an ideal emulsifier of silicone oil and other oil-phase in personal care products. Provides unique surfactant properties, and lower surface tension. Used widely in facial lotion, hair styling spray, make-up and sun protect creams, etc.
