Chicory Seed Oil

Cichorium Intybus Extract. Chicory Seed Oil by BIOLIE acts as an antioxidant, moisturizing, restructuring, soothing, regenerating, nourishing, anti-aging, healing and protective agent. It is a non-refined oil produced by aqueous enzymatic extraction with no organic solvent. It is rich in essential fatty acids (>75%), phytosterols, polyphenols and vitamins E. Its high concentrated omega 6 fatty acid prevents the problems of the skin barrier and preserves the elasticity of the skin. It has an odor of spring branches. It is lipophilic and protects the skin tissues from environmental stresses such as UV, inflammatory stress, air pollution or free radicals.
