Squalene. BioAktive S1A 100% Olive (Squalane) by BioAktive Speciality Products acts as an emollient. It is a highly stable hydrocarbon and triterpine made from 100% natural olive unsaponifiables. It helps to hydrate and protect the skin. It also helps in pigment dispersion in products such as BB Creams and is a good fixative in perfume compositions. It exhibits high spreadability and skin absorption. It offers smooth and satin skin feel and penetrates deeply into the epidermis. It is a non-greasy, non-GMO, and solvent-free grade. It reduces roughness of the skin. It is especially useful in formulations for anti-aging and damaged hair to provide nourishment, shine and conditioning. It can treat dry, itchy and damaged skin. BioAktive S1A 100% Olive (Squalane) is suitable for creams, lotions, scalp, and hair-, skin- and sun care applications. The shelf life is 18 months.
