BergaSom Soy 75H

Hydrogenated Lecithin. BergaSom Soy 75H acts as a natural emulsifier. This product is a high-quality lecithin fraction which is derived from soybean and is a natural and fundamental part of all cell membrane. Here phosphatidylcholine is hydrogenated and during hydrogenation the unsaturated linoleic acid is converted into saturated stearic acid. Advantages of BergaSom H includes skin protection (stabilizes the transepidermal water loss), improvement of stratum corneum and oxidation-stability. Used in the manufacture of liposomes, skin barrier, nanoemulsions, oleogels and formulations that is physiologically related to the skin, for cosmetic products.
