Ethylhexyl Isononaoate. BergaCare 89 acts as an emollient. It is a fatty acid ester, which helps the skin to stay soft and supple. A refatting agent which is used as an ingredient of a cosmetic formulation, that possesses skin conditioning properties and provides the skin with the fat it needs. Also reduces irritation and drying out by improving the skin barrier. BergaCare 89 provides high spreadibility and medium polarity. Used in cosmetics for care of the skin, hair and lips and in decorative cosmetics as well as sun protection preparations.
