Steareth-21. BM ST-WAX 21 by Behn Meyer Group acts as a solubilizer. It is a non-ionic emulsifier use in O/W emulsion. It is a synthetic surfactant composed of polyethylene glycol polymer (n=2) and stearyl alcohol. BM ST-WAX 21 is suggested for use in antiperspirants, depilatory creams and cream & lotions.
