Disodium 2-Sulfolaurate. TEXAPON® SFA by BASF is a 100% biodegradable, natural anionic surfactant. It is used as a micellar thickening agent. It is ultra-mild to skin and mucous membrane. It offers creamy & rich foams and enhances conditioning performance of cationic polymers in shampoos. It shows long-term stability in a broad temperature and pH range. It is a cold processable and easy to formulate blend. It enables high cationic polymers to deposit on hair. It protects hair and provides a healthy scalp. TEXAPON® SFA is suitable for tear-free formulations. Recommended for is use in baby care & cleansing, shampoos, face cleansing, liquid soaps, toothpaste/mouthwash and shower/bath products.
