Polyquaternium-7. SALCARE® SC10 by BASF is a conditioning agent. It possesses detangling, softening and good spreading properties. This ingredient offers antistatic, body, manageability and holding characteristics. It shows compatibility with anionic surfactants. SALCARE® SC10 is used in hair & skin conditioner, 2-in-1 shampoos, liquid hand soaps, hand & body lotion, foam baths, suntan lotion, lip preparations, liquid setting lotions, styling gels and mousses.
