PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil. EUMULGIN® CO 410 by BASF is an emulsifier and solubilizer. It is an ethoxylated hydrogenated castor oil. EUMULGIN® CO 410 finds application in formulating personal care wipes, shampoos, styling aids, facial cleansers, body-, color & face care products, antiperspirants, deodorants and sun care (sun protection, after-sun & self-tanning) products. Also used in liquid soaps, baby care & cleansing, toothpaste/mouthwash and shower/bath products.
