Voandzeia Subterranea Seed Extract (and) Maltodextrin. EPIGENIST™ by BASF is an anti-wrinkle and rejuvenating active. It is extracted from the African bambara pea (voandzeia subterranea). It can rejuvenate the aged skin, provides radiance and makes it visibly appear younger. It improves longevity of cells, thickens the epidermis and increases proliferation of cells. After eight weeks of treatment with this ingredient, the skin complexion is enhanced, the skin surface is smoothed and the wrinkles are reduced. EPIGENIST™ is used in skin care formulations. It meets COSMOS and IECIC standard.
