Cetearyl Alcohol (and) Dipalmitoylethyl Hydroxyethylmonium Methosulfate (and) Ceteareth-20. DEHYQUART® C 4046 by BASF is a cationic surfactant and hair conditioning agent. Used in after-sun & self-tanning products, conditioning, hair coloring, body and face formulations.

It is a mixture of conditioning agent, fatty alcohol and nonionic emulsifier.
DEHYQUART® C 4046 offers consistency giving properties.
