Hydrogenated Vegetable Glycerides. CUTINA® HVG by BASF is a consistency factor. It is a mixture of fatty acid mono/di-glycerides. It offers viscosity adjustment in O/W emulsions. CUTINA® HVG finds application in formulating conditioning formulas, cleansers, baby-, body- & face-care and sun-care (sun protection, after-sun & self-tanning) products. Also used in face cleansing and hair coloring products.
