Polymethylsilsesquioxane (20-30%) (and) Dimethicone (15-25%) (and) Aqua (25-35%) (and) Isohexadecane (10-15%) (and) Stearyl Dimethicone (5%) (and) PEG-40 Stearate (5%) (and) Steareth-2 (5%) (and) Steareth-20 (5%). PURESIL™ -SP04 by Basel Chemie (Elkem) acts as a moisturizing agent. It improves spreadability and can be used in cold processing. It offers fast drying, non-tackiness, light and silky touch. PURESIL™ -SP04 is used in make-up, skin and sun care applications.
