Dimethicone/vinyl dimethicone crosspolymer. PURESIL™ -29 by Basel Chemie acts as a thickening agent. It offers quick absorption, matt effect, dry smoothness, non- greasiness and powdery-light skin feel. It is a white elastomeric silicone powder. It provides brighter skin appearance by covering blemish through sebum control and better sensory feel. It shows good compatibility with other silicone oils. It can be used in cold processing. PURESIL™ -29 is suitable for make-up, skin care and sun care applications.
