AXIOM PMS-HS2

Water (and) Glycerin (and) Butylene Glycol (and) Sodium Acrylate/Vinyl Alcohol Copolymer (and) Hydroxypropyl Cellulose (and) Dipropylene Glycol (and) Sodium Chloride. It is an effective thickening agent with full scale pH tolerance. This hybrid hydrogel has a luxurious, substantive cushion with a tack free silky smooth after feel. Due to its hydrophilic nature, AXIGEL PMS-HS2 will continuously provide hydration, even after it dries. It is formulation flexible and can be utilized in hair, skin/treatment and color applications.
