This is a unique microemulsion technology that provides a strong flexible film and extended wear, along with pigment wetting and gloss. AXIOM MBP-4WS is ideal for mascara and eyeliners due to its superior adhesion, wash/rub off resistance and ability to increase color payoff/intensity. Its solubility and film forming properties provide beneficial results in all applications including color, sun care, hair care and treatment applications.
