PEG-33/Adipic Acid/HMDA/Glycol Copolymer (Proposed). Acts as an effective hair conditioner. It is available in either non-ionic or mildly anionic form and has inherent affinity for the hair surface and provides a range of desirable properties including, low wet comb force, low dry comb force and anti-static properties, as well as provides the ability to achieve coefficient of friction very near those of silicone containing formulations. Used in hair care formulations.
