Cyclopentasiloxane and Dimethicone. CareSil™ CSF-3500 by Avantor is high viscosity dimethicone at 14% solids delivered in cyclopentasiloxane to deliver moisturizing properties. It has high spreadability, compatibility and provides increased slip. It delivers silky feel, reduced tackiness and emolliency in formulations. Offers softness, firmness, shine and water repellency. CareSil™ CSF-3500 is used in color cosmetics, moisturizing, anti-aging/anti-wrinkle, skin & skin tone repairing serums, sun care (sunscreen, after-sun & self-tanners) and men’s grooming products.
