CareSil™ CES-3401

Blend of Trifluoropropyl Dimethicone, Water, Glycerin, Pentylene Glycol, Phenoxyethanol, Carbomer, Amodimethicone, Sodium Hydroxide and Disodium EDTA. CareSil® CES-3401 by Avantor acts as an emollient. It is a high purity fluoro-silicone delivered in an aqueous gel through silicone membrane stabilization by SFS (surfactant free silicone) emulsion technology. It provides a unique texture; fresh as water at the beginning which turns into a substantive velvet veil. Moreover, it leaves the skin moisturized and soft as peach. CareSil® CES-3401 finds application in formulating skin perfecting, personal-care and cosmetic products.
