Extract from Rhodobacter sphaeroides WL-APD911. It has anti-oxidation, anti-ageing, anti-wrinkle, anti-inflammatory, lightening & whitening activity. It is vegetable based, extracted from Rhodobacter sphaeroides cultured in broth and the extract contains beta-carotene about 10 to 15%, neurosporene 10 to 15%, spheroidenone about 35 to 40% and methoxyneurosporene about 35 to 40%. It functions as a skin bleaching agent and is provided with melatonin, inhibit UV-induced collagen breakdown, and promote collagen and anti-inflammatory capacity. Its applications are in skin care products.
