Vinyl Caprolactam/ PVP/Dimethylaminoethyl Methacrylate Copolymer. H2OLD® EP-1 by Ashland is hair fixative polymer with wide solubility range. It offers high tolerance to propellants in aerosols. It allows good hold and soft feel combination. It is ideal for aqueous alcohol-free formulations. It allows conformance to low VOC requirements. H2OLD® EP-1 is recommended for liquid products lotions such as gels, mousses and sprays.
