AqStar M1™ by Aqdot is a naturally derived, high performance emulsifier. It delivers stability by a combination of charge, steric & inter-facial network interactions, cross-linking polymers to create a more rigid stable structure for oil-in-water emulsification. This ingredient consists of cucurbiturils, barrel shaped molecules that powerfully attract and link starch polymers together to deliver steric stabilization. It possesses wide pH compatibility, elasticity & flow without dripping, stickiness, sliminess or stringiness. This versatile ingredient offers distinctive aesthetics, easy spreading on skin, appealing peaking and consistent coverage on skin. It works well with polar & non-polar emollients of any HLB requirement. It is suitable for eye, face, hand and body products. AqStar M1™ finds application in body lotion, night cream, foundation/BB cream, inorganic & organic sunscreen formulations.
