Cross-linked polyacrylate polymer. NM-Carbomer 996 by Anhui Newman Fine Chemicals is a highly efficient rheology modifier and antimicrobial agent. Provides high viscosity, excellent thickening and suspending performance with low-dosage. Offers short flow properties and high clarity. Forms sparkling clear water or hydroalcoholic gels and creams on neutralization by alkali. Other benefits include excellent performance across wide pH and viscosity ranges, luxurious feel and elegant appearance. Contains benzene as solvent. NM-Carbomer 996 is recommended for cleanser, hair styling gels, hydroalcoholic gels, clear gels, moisturizing gels, bath gels, sanitizing products, body washes, hand, body and face lotions, creams and shampoos.
